Circle Of Karma – Ho Mia Pia Mia

INTRODUCTION – TAO

Below are parts taken from Wikipedia:

Tao, from Chinese: ; is a Chinese word signifying the “way”, “path”, “route”, “road” or ‘proper’ way of existence. Tao is the natural order of the universe whose character one’s human intuition must discern in order to realize the potential for individual wisdom. This intuitive knowing of “life” cannot be grasped as a concept; it is known through actual living experience of one’s everyday being.

The Tao can be roughly thought of as the flow of the Universe, or as some essence or pattern behind the natural world that keeps the Universe balanced and ordered. It is related to the idea of Qi, the essential energy of action and existence. The Tao is a non-dualistic principle – it is the greater whole from which all the individual elements of the Universe derive.

The Tao is more commonly expressed in the relationship between wu (void or emptiness, in the sense of wuji) and yinyang (the natural dynamic balance between opposites), leading to its central principle of wu wei (inaction, or inexertion).

So here is what I know from my limited knowledge – the principal of Tao has nothing to do with religion BUT religion (Taoism) and Confucianism had adopted its philosophical tradition.

Once again, Toa:

  • the “way”, “path”, “route”, “road” or ‘proper’ way of existence;
  • pattern behind the natural world that keeps the Universe balanced and ordered – Yin Yang;
  • it is known through actual living experience of one’s everyday being.

In respect to the above, here is what my small brain has deducted from the above – Life is about experiencing the natural order of good and bad – joy & sadness, pleasure & pain, to be born & die, good and evil, etc. We are all created by energy and born to this earth in a temporary physical form to experience life, and eventually we will return to another form of energy when we die.

And guess what? The Laws of Motion is also kind of similar to the Tao and Yin Yang philosophy.

Three Laws of Motion
  • First Rule: An object will remain at rest or in a uniform state of motion unless that state is changed by an external force.
  • Second Rule: Force is equal to the change in momentum (mass times velocity) over time.
  • Third Rule: For every action in nature there is an equal and opposite reaction.

First Rule – do nothing nothing happens. Wu (void/emptiness).

Third Rule -For every action in nature there is an equal and opposite reaction.  Universe balance and order.

Second Rule: Force is equal to the change in momentum over time. Karma?

See, the Tao cannot be denied as it is proven by science 🙂

Circle Of Karma

As you all know, I very “Ho Mia” (Good Life) where I have nothing better to do except to “Khun” (sleep), “Pang Sai” (shit) and “Chiak” (eat) while I “Tan Si” (wait to die).

You must also be wondering then how come I have not been wasting my time, where I gain nothing in return, producing articles in the last few days to benefit you?  Actually I do gain something – positive karma points as I am doing good for your benefit to assist you to waste time reading my articles, hahaha.

You see, in the last few days I have been continuously  entering in and out of the Heavenly and Demon Realms by binge watching a Chinese Fantasy Drama called Ashes of Love which is categorised as Comedy Love Tragedy Drama, hahaha.

And to maintain YinYang universe balance and order, or in accordance to Rule of Motion – for every action in nature there is an equal and opposite reaction, everyone will experience:

  • where there is comedy there is tragedy;
  • where there is joy there is sadness
  • where there is good there is evil;
  • where there is power there is weakness;
  • where there is love there is heartbreak;
  • where there is good health there is sickness;
  • where one is born and eventually die;

I tell you, being the Heavenly Emperor is really a lousy job where one has to kill many (evil deeds) during wars to gain power and then have to do good to maintain power or else there will be a revolt; and then because of the Circle Of Karma, eventually he will be punished, i.e. killed by those he trust most (his so called loyal followers).

Same thing for the Demon King, kill people here and there to gain power and territory in order to become king and then killed by those he trust most – another Circle of Karma.

Above two paragraphs sound like Malaysia political games right? Hahaha.

Yah, yah, I love to watch Chinese Drama because they teach me about human greed and also the cunning and deceiving methods used by women, hahaha.

I learned something new from watching Ashes Of Love, i.e. Immortals, i.e. Gods, are also subjected to Circle of Karma and can’t change destiny.

Like I have mentioned many times before, when one does good from the heart, he/she will earn positive karma points. However, if one does a good deed AND EXPECT to earn a reward, then it is pure greed. Therefore, will be awarded NEGATIVE karma points.

The thing is, only sincere actions from your heart will earn karma points. If you use your brain to calculate this and that, you will not earn any positive karma points, but instead accumulate more negative karma points. For example:

  1. You donate money to a charity for the purpose of wanting to gain positive karma points. Well, you will earn negative karma points instead because your action is insincere since it was out of greed for positive karma points. Get it?
  2. On the other hand, you personally help a person (say you gave food) because your heart felt it was the right thing to do and you expect nothing in return, then you will earn positive karma points.

Wait there is more – according to Yin Yang and the Third Law of Motion, for every action in nature there is an equal and opposite reaction; therefore wouldn’t this mean if you did a tremendous good deed you will also receive an equal opposite reaction which will be bad? Let me show you an example:

A person who has billions of USD now is not donating anything. First Law of Motion, nothing happens. Therefore, he/she gains nothing good or bad.

Then the above said person decides that he shall do a good deed and announce to the world, i.e. he will donate half of his fortune to charity when he dies. According to the second rule of law of motions, he has set the forces in motion…. the more money the more force?

Now comes the third law of motion, he will experience an equal opposite reaction! So instead of gaining positive karma, he instead will gain a humongous load of negative karma one shot!!! Why? Because:

  1. he did nothing from his heart when he was alive.
  2. he was still greedy and not willing to let go of his money until he died.
  3. he is donating his money because he thinks (with his brain) that he will gain positive karma points, i.e. his actions was out of greed.
  4. he announced to the world that he is donating – why want to announce to the world? Because he wants to be acknowledged which shows his actions are not sincere.
  5. So his “good” deed will be awarded with an equally “bad” reaction in his future life.

Gaining positive Karma Points

I tell you, if you really want to earn positive karma points, you have to do it sincerely from your heart constantly over time. And most people who do good deeds are those who have felt sufferings. And when you do a good deed, do not expect anything in return or even announce to the world (showing off), or else you will be awarded with an equally bad reaction.

If you perform a sincere action from your heart without any intention of being rewarded, guess what? Nothing bad will come out of your action. Therefore, you will be awarded over and over again with positive karma points and eventually you will have accumulated more positive karma points versus negative karma points (oh yes, you will earn negative karma points one way or another) when you are alive. And eventually, your circle of karma will have more positive karma points 🙂

I guess for my present life,  since I do not do any major good or bad deeds (good and bad balance out = zero) I am neither accumulating any karma points effectively and most probably my abundance of positive karma points are from my previous life thus my circle of karma is allowing me to have a Ho Mia now……

But in accordance to Yin Yang, everything must be balanced. So people like me who think that they are “Ho Mia” (Good Life) also have problems and suffer at the same time.

For example, I mentioned previously that everyday is a Sunday to me….. I usually sleep at 1am and wake up after 10am. I need minimum 8 hours of sleep.

So the last 3 days all I did was binge watch Ashes of Love (60 episodes) after lunch until early in the morning. However, I had an errand to run, i.e. I wanted to go to the land office to pay the annual Quit Rent. Oh yes, we can pay online but I needed to print the Quit Rent Bills as some were not sent to me.

I started watching Ashes of Love on Tuesday until early in the morning. On Wednesday I had to wake up early at 8am to arrange for my car to be sent to BMW. I then dropped by the Land Office at about 11am and there was a freaking long queue. You see, because of the MCO, the Land Office’s Payment Counter was only open half day and they only allowed a few people at any one time into the payment counter hall.

So after waiting for half an hour, I decided to leave and return the next day at 8am.

That night, I watched Ashes of Love again until 3am and woke up at 7am (Thursday) and headed to the Land Office. By the time I reached there, the queue was already freaking long. I was like 20th in the queue. When it was finally my turn, it was after 9am and I did manage to print the Quit Rent Bills that were not sent to me. However, when I wanted to pay all my Quit Rent Bills, the Payment Counter girl only allowed me to pay a few!!! I pleaded with her to allow me to pay all my Quit Rent Bills one shot with my credit card but she refused as there was a notice pasted that clearly indicated how many bills I can pay in a day!!! WTF!!! Instead she told me to go get a bank draft and leave all my bills with her.

As you all know lah, I am the Jedi Master of Credit Cards and have a fetish with credit card reward points; therefore, no way was I getting a bank draft and earn nothing in return….. yah yah I know, I am greedy, hahaha.

So I pleaded with her, of course in a courteous and civilized manner since I am highly educated, but she refused to give in, hahaha. However, with my charm and begging skills, she referred me to her boss 🙂

So I pleaded with her boss and one thing lead to another, she allowed me to pay all my Quit Rent Bills one shot with my credit card. However, I have to return the next day (Friday)  early in the morning! Fine with me, as long as I can pay all my Quit Rent one shot with my credit card to earn Reward Points.

So, on Thursday I continued watching Ashes of Love and was adamant to finish all the damn episodes and finally went to bed at 4am. I then had to wake up at 7am to go to the Land Office again. Well, since I had an appointment, I did not need to queue and immediately sorted out the payment of all my Quit Rent Bills which was paid with my credit card and headed home for breakfast.

By the time I got home, guess what? Because of my nothing better to do Ho Mia life where I get to binge watch all the dramas I want for the last few days, I was suffering from a massive headache due to lack of sleep.  I ate my breakfast and then Pang Sai and then slept till 1pm, had lunch and continued sleeping until 5pm. Bloody wasted one entire day sleeping.

I tell you, Ho Mia people also have problems, i.e. experience “Pia Mia” (Bad Life)…….it is the way of the Tao, where one through actual living experience of one’s everyday being.

In conclusion, I should be grateful that I can eat, shit and sleep because being able to do these three essential actions is all that is needed to stay alive to experience the good and the bad (Tao and YinYang) while temporarily living in this place called planet earth. So far my Circle Of Karma has been good to me 🙂
