Update 5th July 2021 – Flash Sale
The Samsung Z Flip is now selling for RM400 less than what I bought 2 weeks ago 🙂
Previously on 20th June 2021, I shared with you that we can get a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip official Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) set for less than RM2.9K. This phone was retailing for RM5,888 when it was launched last year.
FYI, I did watch a YouTube video by Shane Symonds titled Samsung Galaxy Z Flip: 8 Months Later! And he has many good things to say about the Samsung Z Flip.
So without hesitation I bought it since it is like half price and finally sub RM3K for a brand new Samsung Z Flip SME set.
For those of you who are new, why SME? Because only with SME sets we can use Samsung Pay Malaysia which enable us to earn FREE Money!

The only set back to me was that the battery is 3,300 mAh but then again this phone is not my main phone but basically just for me to receive OTP from the banks via SMS. My main phone is my Samsung Note 10 Lite with the Supcase UB Pro Case which has a bigger battery. On I tell you, the Supcase Unicorn Beetle Pro Casing is really super good, I have dropped this phone numerous times and my phone has no issues.
However the Samsung Z Flip has 256GB of memory, which is fantastic as this means I can take and store damn a lot of photos.
Actually I ended up paying RM2699 for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip as I used my FREE GrabRewards Points to get a RM200 Lazada Cash Voucher.
And of course I used my Maybank 2 Cards Premier AMEX Reserve to pay for the Samsung Flip and earned another 2,690 air miles 🙂

I was surprised to note that there is even a Z Premier Service with Tol Free 1800! And the phone comes with 1 year Screen Crack Protection (but then again, the screen is not glass but plastic, haha. Click here to see my previous article on the Z Flip where I had a videos about the screen).
