Alliance Bank

We can block both the Alliance Bank Debit Card and Credit Card at their App. I have never used my Alliance Debit Card and therefore this is a superb where I can block it. And I have the FREE FOR LIFE Privilege Banking Visa Infinite which is now as good as useless (after they revised the cards’ features) and therefore it makes perfect sense for me to Block it too.

As for the Virtual Card main account 16 digit number, I Blocked it too. I have no idea if this will affect the other temporary Virtual Cards created; which is not an issue as I can unblock the main Virtual Card instantly.

CIMB BANK and Hong Leong Bank

RHB Bank

At the RHB Bank App, we can easily Block our Credit Cards including Supp Cards.

As for RHB Debit Card, we need to Tap on the account the Debit Card is linked to and you will instantly see Card Setting as shown above. We can then deactivate the card for selected transactions making the card only good for in person transactions. My RHB Debit Card is the only Debit Card that I used for cash withdrawals at RHB Bank’s ATMs.
