Florence Italy Day 3
Once again we only woke up at 8am and took our sweet time getting ready and had breakfast at the hotel.
Today’s program is just visiting the Luxury Outlet Mall located about 1 hour bus ride from Florence city.

We walked to the bus station, which is a 15 minutes walk from our hotel. Surprising, Florence feels much cooler than Rome.

You can purchase tickets to the Luxury Outlet Mall at the Bus Station
The return bus ticket to the Luxury Outlet Mall with Busitalia cost EUR13 per person and there is a bus departing every half hour. There is another bus operator offering cheaper bus ride that cost EUR5 one way but it departs every 1 hour.
By taking the bus, we also get to see the countryside outside of Florence.
You do get a free bottle so water… if you ask.

We started off checking out Prada as there were no queue unlike Gucci which had a freaking long queue when we got there.
I tell you, the Prada bags here are like half the retail price BUT you better check for defects. There was one particular New Arrival Prada bag that my daughter was interested but she then noticed that at the bottom edges of the bag, the leather was peeling off!
If you think Prada bags selling for half of retail price is good, wait until you check out Bottega Veneta…. my wife and daughter each bought a wallet for less than one third of the official retail price!

After purchasing the Bottega Veneta wallets, the girls headed to Ferragamo and my wife was so happy she managed to get a pair of shoes in the size she wanted.
After Ferragamo, the girls also checked on Burberry, Chole and YSL.
It was almost 3pm when we had Ramen for late lunch…. not worth the price we paid because I think the noodles are from Maggi Mee, hahaha. Seriously, the freshly made pasta at the Italian restaurants I dined in Rome and Florence were all really really good.
After lunch we then went to Gucci where the queue was much shorter than we first arrived.

Nothing in Gucci interested the girls so we return to Prada where my daughter did get herself a shoulder bag.
After Prada, my wife wanted to to go Armani because she said that I might like something there. I told her I have enough of Armani shirts but she insisted we go there. Well, guess what? I ended up buying 5 Armani shirts because they were really freaking cheap… 40% discount on top of discounted price! Hahaha.
La Boheme
We reached Florence just after 7pm and we decided to go to a restaurant that is highly ranked at TripAdvisor called La Boheme which was on the way back to our hotel.
The food was pretty good.
