0% Balance Transfer Plans 2025 to 2026
Firstly I will present to you the 0% Balance Transfer that are available from September 2025 to March 2026 for existing cardholders. Many credit card issuers offer 0% Balance Transfer Plan for new to bank.
Most banks will allow up to 80% of your Credit Limit for their Balance Transfer Plan.
RHB 12 Months 0% Balance Transfer Plan – until 15th October 2025
RHB has been offering their current cardholders 0% Balance Transfer Plans periodically, usually for a month only. Currently RHB is offering 12 months 0% Balance Transfer for existing cardholders.
Check your email if you have a RHB credit card and you should see the BT promo.
Maybank 12 Months 0% Balance Transfer Plan – until 31st March 2026
Maybank has been offering 0% Balance Transfer Plan since June 2025 and the promo runs until 31st March 2026.

Public Bank 6 Months 0% Balance Transfer Plan – until 31st December 2025
Public Bank has for years been offering 0% Balance Transfer Plan. As you know, Public Bank is one of the most “unfriendly” banks in Malaysia (if you have a non-Premier PBB Credit Card you will know what I mean when you need to talk to a CS); and the fact that they are offering 0% Balance Transfer Plans periodically means they are making money from this promo!!! Like I told you all, if you have no money today, what makes you think you will have money tomorrow. The moment you cannot settle in full the Statement Balance prior to Due Date, that is when the banks will be making lots of money from you!
UOB 0% 6 Months Balance Transfer Plan and 0% Installment Plans
Some of you may have received 6 Months 0% Balance Transfer Plan Promo from UOB where we need to insert a Code when applying.
For UOB, especially those with Visa Infinite, I would like to highlight that UOB offers 0% Installment Plan when you convert your Medical and Education Bill. Actually most Private Hospitals also accept AMEX, so we will use our AMEX instead BUT Education most likely we can only use Visa or MasterCard.
UOB also offers to convert your transactions to 3 months 0% Installment Plan for Luxury Purchase (need to check MCC Code AND if you are my long time die hard follower, for Luxury items we will use of AMEX credit card!!!), Tour Agents and Overseas transactions (this we can use their Visa Infinite as we earn 10X UNIRM).
HOWEVER, if you want to convert your transaction with your UOB Visa Infinite to 0% Installment Plan, YOU MUST CALL CS and convert the transaction a few days PRIOR to your Statement Date!!!
