Unboxing My G-Shock Limited Edition Rainbow MTG-B1000RB
My Casio G-Shock MT-G is able to withstand three types of gravitational acceleration: impact forces, centrifugal forces, and vibrations 🙂
In addition to a Rainbow IP (Ion-Plated) on the bezel meant to evoke a lunar rainbow, this Limited Edition MTG-B1000RB also features a blue IP on the lug and the band pieces, as well as a gold on the crown, front screws, and other components.
Limited Edition Casio G-Shock MTG-B1000RB aka Rainbow VERSUS One Of The Most Sought After Watch On Earth Rolex GMT Master II 126710BLRO aka Pepsi
I tell you, my Rolex GMT Master II Pepsi looks damn boring compared to the Rainbow G-Shock MT-G, haha. In terms of features, the G-Shock MT-G with many technological wonders beats the heck out of my Rolex Pepsi which only tells time of different time zones, more hahaha.
If you look carefully at the photos below, you will observe that the MT-G word changes color 🙂
My G-Shock MTG-B1000RB Rainbow 20th Anniversary Metal Twisted Edition, GMW-B5000-GD-9 (Gold Colored All Metal 35th Anniversary Edition) and GW-B5600HR (Red Heritage) versus My Rolex Pepsi 126710BLRO
I tell you, all the Casio G-Shock below are Solar Powered and comes with Bluetooth (automatically adjust time for all time zones and date) , 6 Multi Band Radio (to adjust the time automatically), Daily Alarm(s), 300 Cities Worldtime Zones, LED Lights and best of all Triple G-Resist which are technological wonders compared to my Rolex GMT Master II which only tell the time and I need to freaking bloody rewind the watch when I want to wear it and worst of all adjust the damn date!
So which is my favorite? Well, all of them are Shiok Sendiri because nowadays we don’t need a watch! Our Smartphone can not only tell the time but much much more, hahaha. I tell you, seriously, nobody cares what watch you and I wear because watches are toys and no longer a necessity. BUT if you want a watch to play with, I recommend a Casio G-Shock but not just any G-shock but one that has Bluetooth (where everything is adjusted automatically) and Solar Powered (so that you do not need to change batteries).
I would like to thank my Bro who bought the Limited Edition MT-G Raibow for me while he was in Japan in late May 2019. He is the same Bro was has the 3 G-Shock GMW-B5000 shown in my Japanese Solar Watches Page. And this same Bro while he was holidaying in Thailand (right after he came back from Japan), managed to get me the G-Shock Red Heritage GW-B5600HR with 50% discount!
