THE WORST APP IN MALAYSIA IS BIG LOYALTY APP!
I am not surprised that Big Loyalty had the most votes for the Worst App in Malaysia. You see, this is because Big Loyalty App Customer Service is the worst where many of my followers and I have experienced. And we can’t even contact Big Loyalty Customer Service via their App!!! You have to email them and that’s if you know their email address!!!
In late November and/or early December 2020, AirAsia suspended many of my followers’ Big Loyalty Account for no apparent reasons. And when we contact Big Loyalty CS, it is like talking to a wall! For weeks we waited for Big Loyalty CS feedback/action but there was none. FYI, in early January, AirAsia then out of the blue reactivated our Big Loyalty Accounts, and not that we were informed by Big Loyalty CS but we found out ourselves when we log into our accounts!
Whatever it is, the damage has been done where many of my followers now have a bad impression on the Big Loyalty App knowing that they can suka-suka terminate our accounts without any justification or email from them. AirAsia Big Loyalty, especially their Customer Service, has lots to improve to win back our trust.
Having said the above, there is one advantage of using the Big Loyalty App, which is we can use the Big Points to redeem for RM50 Lazada Voucher. And as of date, we still can earn Big Points from FREE with the games in Big Loyalty App.
As for Boost having the second most votes for the worst app in Malaysia – this I was kind of surprised because it was also the fifth most liked App.
When Boost was launched, they rewarded the users with really good cash back. But today, they have ridiculous tiers (Level 1 to 5) and the worst part is they are not transparent as to how we earn the Boost Coins. Boost has also inflated the value of 1 Boost Coin to the extend it is almost worthless (not even worth a sen) just like Big Point.
Boost Customer Service is also terrible where I had to keep contacting them to get an issue settled. But they are better than Big Loyalty where Boost representatives do immediately reply to our emails via the Boost App every single time.
B Infinite App was the 3rd most hated App – what can I say….. many have told me that they can’t use the B Infinite App when they want to redeem their BPoints at a particular merchant and that has happened to me too!!! BInfinite App has lots to improve too make it stable and usable anytime we want.
I also participated in BInfinite 12 Days Of Christmas FREE where I did get BPoints and Vouchers but so far only 10 BPoints has been credited but not the others (i.e. Caltex Vouchers, more BPoints and etc).
