I told the Bro to pay attention on the greeting and this time he confirmed that he heard “Welcome back Mr.X”. This is a very important thing to note because it shows Singapore Airlines do appreciate their customers and the steward/stewardess have to memorize returning customers’ and their names.

I would like to thank the Bro for his Live Travel Report which brings back fond memories for those of us who have flown with Singapore Airlines Suite Class and can’t wait to experience again the excellent service by their cabin crew.

And for those of you who have yet to expereince Singapore Airlines Suite Class, I tell you, once you expereince it, you won’t want to fly Singapore Airlines Business Class where you need to sleep senget, hahahaha.
