Shangri-La Sydney location is pretty convenient as it takes about 5 minutes walk to Circular Quay, 10 minutes to Sydney Opera House and 15 minutes walk to Martin Place/Myer/shopping.
And at Level 36 of Shangri-La Sydney, there is a bar and restaurant which has a very nice view of Syndey Habour including the Sydney Opera House.
Nearby Shangri-La is also the Observatory Park, see photos below:
And nearby to the Observatory Park, about 10 minutes walk or may be less there is this restaurant which serves really good Fish & Chips called Fish At The Rocks which was established in 88, my favorite number 🙂
I tell you, the Fish & Chips was really good and so was the service! And the restaurant was clean and the deco plesant.
