If you are my long time die hard follower, you will know we need many different credit cards even from the same bank to optimize.

I myself have more than 10 credit cards, ranging from Entry Level Credit Cards to Super Premier Metal credit cards.

I have the wonderful Entry Level FREE FOR LIFE Maybank 2 Cards Platinum and Maybank Ikhwan AMEX Platinum-i to earn cash back including from Grab Rides, Grab Food and other essential expenses.

I also have the Alliance Bank Virtual Credit Card for topping up eWallets.

Of course I also have the CIMB e Credit Card to transact ONLINE on 28th of every month. We can earn 12X CIMB Bonus Points with the CIMB e CC for TNB Bill(s)!

I also hold RHB Premier Banking VI and Alliance Bank Privilege Banking VI because they are FREE FOR LIFE!

One Premier Card which all of you should be holding is the Hong Leong Bank Visa Infinite, which is FREE FOR LIFE but more imporantly it is great for many Local transactions including paying Insurance Premiums.

As for those with substantial overseas spending, the CIMB Travel World Elite MasterCard is not too bad for Enrich Points. However, if you are into other Frequent Flyer Programs such as Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer and/or Emirates Sjywards, there are better credit cards out there, e.g. UOB VI (Standard, PB or Metal) or AMEX Platinum Charge Card.

Having said the above, not every one will be eligible for Super Premier Metal Credit Cards, well, look into Maybank Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer AMEX Platinum because it is really good for Petrol when you cannot earn 5% to 8% cash back on weekends plus TNB too!

And if you need a card for FREE Green Fees at Golf Clubs, then Maybank Premier Credit Cards may be a good option and I already taught you the trick how to get FREE Maybank credit cards to enjoy the benefits that come with the card without spending a sen!

Once again, all of you should be hold AMEX credit cards to optimize from your Local Spending as it is welcomed at most Petrol Stations (Petronas, Shell and BhP), Grab, Groceries, Lazada, Shopee, Agoda, Hotels, Departmental Stores, Airlines, KrisShop (damn good for purchasing your favorite spirits as we can get up to 20% discount – cheaper than Eraman Duty FREE), all Luxury Brands and Speed 99 for cigarettes too!!!
