Recently my wife and I flew with Singapore Airlines Business Class from KUL to SIN to BNE. The aircraft for both the flights were with Airbus A350-900 where both had the new Business Class seats where we get to sleep straight!

While at KLIA, I went looking for the SilverKris Lounge but I could not find it because it has closed down! Well, stupid me for not reading the Boarding Pass where it was clearly stated “You Are Invited To The Plaza Premium Lounge”, haha.

If you are my follower, then most likely you have several credit cards that will allow you FREE Access Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA, KLIA2 and worldwide.

I know most of you have entered the PPL at KLIA so I will not mention much about it but just show you some photos.

And you can purchase a PacSafe bag at KLIA too. I tell you, if you are stubborn where you do not get yourself a light Pacsafe or Travelon sling bag for your passport and phones when you travel, when you are pick pocketed you only have yourself to blame.

Singapore Airline SilverKris Lounge Changi Airport Terminal 3

Since I flew with Sngapore Airlines, I had to transit in Changi and had lots of time to kill. So my wife and I “jalan-jalan” at Terminal 3 before heading to the SilverKris Lounge. Well, the Hermes Boutique had not 1 but 3 Kelly To Go on display; however, they refused to sell any to my wife – luckily for me, hahahahaha. FYI, the Kelly To Go was priced at SGD6.6K+. As for Rolex, they did not even had a single watch for sale.

In respect to the above, the next time you are in Changi, drop by Hermes and Rolex and you may be blessed to purchase a Rolex Watch and/or Kelly To Go at retail price.

It has been more than 2 years since I visited the SilverKris Lounge and they have since renovated it. I must say that the food that was served at SilverKris Lounge is better than any Plaza Premium Lounge and Singapore Airlines is one of the very few airlines that offers Cognac XO in thier Business Class Lounge in Changi.

I ordered the Singapore Fried Hokkien Mee and Laksa which is not too bad. However I did like the Char Siew Pau as it was sweet 🙂 My wife had the Sweet and Sour Pork too and she was surprised that it was good.
