You Can Now Redeem Other Airline’s Ticket At Your Enrich Account

As I mentioned at the very start, the main reason why I am publishing this tutorial is because of this “new” development where we can redeem tickets with other airlines directly and immediately at our Enrich Account.

So now Enrich Account is like Cathay Pacific’s Asia Miles where we can redeem online tickets with other OneWorld Airlines. BUT there is a big difference between them. For Asia Miles, it will show the air miles required to redeem a ticket regardless if we have the miles or not. However, for Enrich Account, it will only show the Enrich Points required for Economy and we can’t see the Enrich Points required for Business Class or First Class if we do not have enough Enrich Points.

Step 1 – Log In To Your Enrich Account

Step 2 – Go to Booking Page (see below) and select Redeem Flight and Then Select OneWorld Alliance. You can maintain class as Economy

Step 4 – You will then see the Enrich Points required for Economy Class. Click on “Continue” and it will show you all available Economy, Premium Economy, Business Class and First Class which are available for redemption plus the Enrich Points required.

Generally you will need 58K, 131K and 172K Enrich Points for Economy, Biz and First Class respectively for one-way ticket KUL to/from Europe.

You can even redeem KUL to Manchester (UK) and you will see British Airways KUL to LHR and British Airways LHR to Manchester! Save you the time from needing to buy a separate connecting flight BUT if you have ever flown to London Heathrow, you will know that it may take more than 2 hours to clear immigration!!! So make sure your connecting flight has adequate time to allow you to clear Immigration and transfer to another terminal if required!!!

Go play play with your Enrich Account. Please note I mentioned above that you need to have enough Enrich Points to see how many Enrich Points are required to redeem a specific class ticket. If you have more than 200K Enrich Points I guess you should be able to see that you are able to redeem a one-way First Class ticket with JAL (Paris/London to Haneda or vice-versa).
